🍑 Very Rare Vintage Sands Peach Wine Label made by Richard's Wine Co. Petersburg, VA 1940s 4 3/4" x 3 1/2" ~ This is an interesting find as they are in amazing shape which is rare for these labels plus they are the rarer larger size of them. This is a unique piece with a neat history. The founder was a bootlegger who smuggled liquor from Canada to the USA until Prohibition ended and got into selling watered-down wine until the fed forced him to close. He didn't give up there and bought a brewery in Petersburg.
